We are seeking enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking individuals to join our growing call center team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.

Meet and exceed performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction.

Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications

Age range: 22 to 40 years.

Excellent fluency in all aspects of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.

For candidates without a relevant specialization, a training certificate from the British Council or TES (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is required.
